Collection Statement

How your information is handled

• We collect information directly from you and, in some cases, from other treating practitioners with your consent.
• Online bookings are made through splose (SPLOSE PTY LTD, ACN 614 286 636), our practice-management provider. This website does not store your booking. When you complete the booking form, your information is collected by and stored with splose on our behalf, including appointment details, contact details and any health information you provide.
• splose stores data for Australian users in Australia (AWS). It may also use overseas subprocessors, including for optional AI features, as described in its Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to that disclosure where it is reasonably necessary for the booking and record-keeping service.
• We may also share limited information with health professionals involved in your care, and with regulatory bodies where required by law.
• We do not use your health information for marketing, and we do not sell or trade your information.
• Clinical records must be retained for the minimum period required by law, even if you later ask us to delete them.
