Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to appointments booked online with D'ORA LABS, including consultations and treatments reserved through our online booking system. Appointments are held specifically for you. Please give as much notice as you can if your plans change, so that time can be offered to another patient.
1. Cancelling or rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge, by phone on 0490 502 917, by email at info@d-ora.com.au, or through any cancel/reschedule option in your booking confirmation.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract a late-cancellation fee, or forfeiture of any deposit paid to secure the booking.
- Non-attendance (no-show) without notice may attract the same late-cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
2. Late arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so other patients are not delayed. A late arrival that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation under this policy.
3. How to change your booking
- Use the link in your confirmation email or SMS, if available; or
- Call 0490 502 917 during practice hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, by appointment); or
- Email info@d-ora.com.au with your full name, appointment date and time, and preferred new time.
We will confirm changes as soon as we can within business hours.
4. Deposits
Where a deposit is required to secure an online booking, it is applied to your consultation or treatment fee when you attend. Deposits are refundable or transferable only when cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice, unless we cancel the appointment.
5. When we cancel
If D'ORA LABS must cancel or move your appointment, we will contact you as soon as practicable and offer a new time. No cancellation fee applies in that case, and any deposit will be honoured toward the rebooked visit or refunded on request.
6. Clinical suitability
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will proceed on the day. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, that is not a cancellation by you and no late-cancellation fee applies for the unused treatment portion.
